Another good day. Tunas, groupers, jacks, kings, triggers, beeliners, unicorn leatherjackets, and plenty of laughs. Always a pleasure with this crew. A bit slower jigging today. A half dozen blackfin, kings , and some nice jacks to play with. Fun stuff.
Had another fun day. A bit sporty in the morning but a beautiful ride back home. The crew had a good catch of blackfin, groupers, jacks, kings, and a yellowfin all on jigs today. Back at it in the morning. Wore the crew our early today. The guys had some good jack jigging with a nice size class of fish. The tuna weren't falling for the jigs today so we broke out the anchor and caught our 100 triggers in pretty short order. Epic ball busting all day and a pretty day on the ocean....what more can you ask for?
Had an absolute blast jigging in absolutely terrible conditions. The seas weren't too bad, but the current and sharks were horrible. Crew toughed it out with a nice catch of big blackfins, plenty of jacks, grouper, false albacore, and fish heads that the sharks left us. Plenty of tuna on the jigs, jacks, grouper, kings, albies and more. Good times with a sufficiently worn out crew. |
