Today was another fun day, despite the crappy sea conditions. Even with Mother Nature trying to hobble us while fighting the fish, the teamwork of Jim Mueller (Roaming Tuna Gnome) J.D. Payne, and a thankful me managed to deck one. Fish was 95 inches fork length, and cored out at 340 lbs. Happy Thanksgiving

The happy crew. Joe Shute, your lures sure help with our quest. Looks like the roaming gnome catched a tuna. Thanks J.D. Payne for your work on the rod and Jim Mueller for your multi tasking. 89.5 inches. 365 Pound core.
Early day today. Crew had more than enough groceries before noon, went looking for some jacks to play with and then headed home. Very good group to have aboard today.
Still some big cobia around. It was Jim' s first cobia. The Saltywater Tackle OBX 400 whopped it pretty well, along with a nice catch of gag grouper.
